EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
During the last several months the subject of crosswalks has been discussed in several various meetings. As a result the Park Place and Barclay Hills Neighborhood Associations are asking that increased attention be given to the construction and/or updating of crosswalks be considered in their neighborhoods.
