RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):
Planning staff is looking for feedback on the draft code, understanding of PRAC’s goals for this area of the city and ultimately a motion to support the code amendment package.
BACKGROUND:
Planning staff worked with Previous Community Services Director Phil Lewis to develop new standards for creating parks within the Beaver Creek Concept Plan area. At the August 29, 22019 and September 26, 2019 PRAC meeting these concepts were discussed. Planning staff is now moving forward with the draft plan to present to the Planning Commission. They are looking for feedback prior to Planning Commission consideration.

• Provide just feedback.
