RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):
Review the application that was submitted by the Park Place Neighborhood Association for a speed hump to be placed on Barlow Rd.
BACKGROUND:
On October 22, 2019, the Park Place Neighborhood Association submitted a speed hump application to the City requesting a speed hump to be placed on Barlow Rd. A speed radar trailer was placed at the requested location from August 30, 2019, to September 13, 2019. The City reached out to the local Police and Fire Departments to get feedback about this request. Attached is the copy of the application, the speed study report, and the responses from both the Police and Fire Departments.
