Development Code Amendments Including Equitable Housing: General Amendments for Clarification, Correction of Errors, or Improvements

RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):
Provide feedback and direction to staff regarding proposed corrections and clarifications to the Oregon City Municipal Code.
BACKGROUND:
On September 9th and 23rd, the Planning Commission reviewed and recommended approval of corrections and clarifications to various chapters of the development code primarily as a follow up to the amendments which became effective August 2, 2019. The items where then forward to the City Commission whom discussed them at the October 2, 2019 hearing. Since that time, staff identified a few additional minor amendments which will be presented to the City Commission at their October 16th hearing.
