Development Code Amendments Including Equitable Housing (Planning File LEG 18-00001): General Amendments for Clarification, Correction of Errors, or Improvements

RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):
Provide feedback and direction to staff regarding proposed corrections and clarifications to the Oregon City Municipal Code for consideration on October 16, 2019.
BACKGROUND:
On September 9th and 23rd, the Planning Commission reviewed and recommended approval of corrections and clarifications to various chapters of the development code primarily as a follow up to the amendments which became effective August 2, 2019.
The enclosed amendments do not include the recent direction provided from the City Commission regarding, shelters or food carts. Staff will prepare a complete package of all code amendments including the City Commission direction on shelters, food carts, height limits in the Mixed Use Downtown District, and follow up amendments and improvements.
