RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):
Staff recommends continuance of the hearing to October 22, 2019.
BACKGROUND:
The proposal includes a new home with attached garage in the Canemah National Register District. The public notice signs were not posted at least 20 days prior to the hearing, so a continuance is required. Staff recommends that the staff report and presentation be delayed until the October hearing. The Board may take public comments before continuing the item if desired.
