Review and comment
BACKGROUND:
This plan was created over the last several months by all of the LINCC Library Directors and the leadership at the Library Network Office. It has gone through multiple revisions. LINCC has never had a strategic plan. Directors wanted to head into the Big Task Force process wth something to show other attendees that cohesive, intentional direction had been deeply thought out by the professionals in charge of the libraries. Directors hope that this will provide not only context but vision for the Big Task Force attendees as they review multiple issues that have either arisen and need review after ten years as a County Service District.
BUDGET IMPACT: n/a at this time, but there could be implications down the road as we follow up with plans
