RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):

Request City Commission to approve Resolution No. 19-26 for the adoption of the Public Works Stormwater and Grading Design Standards.

 

BACKGROUND:

The City of Oregon City last adopted Public Works Stormwater and Grading Design Standards in 2015.

 

Since that time, staff found several clarifications that were needed to assist in implementing the standards and assist consultants with understanding the standards.

 

These revisions were made by review of development engineering staff, operations and maintenance staff, and construction inspections staff. The revisions have been announced to the majority of consultants and contractors that do business with the City, and a review of these revisions were presented to the Development Stakeholders Group. We received no public comments on the standards.
