BACKGROUND:
Now that it is halfway through the year, it is a good time to see how the library is doing on all of its stated goals for the year and upcoming years. A couple of things became obvious as I reviewed this document:
-it needs to be reformatted for the purpose of reviewing objectives; apologies that you have to go through the entire document and look for red text for updates. I will eventually get this into a word document with the objectives listed chronologically. If I can get that done before the meeting, I will bring it;
-we are doing great, even ahead in some areas; we are not behind in any area but we need to get going on some things to accomplish them by 2020;
-we need to rephrase dates so that all of them are either "BY" or "IN" a particular year, since these word denote very different timelines.
