Personal Services Agreement for Tyrone S. Woods Memorial Park

RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):
Authorize the City Manager to execute the Personal Services Agreement (PSA) in the amount of $240,430.00 with Lango Hansen Landscape Architects for architectural and engineering design, bidding, and construction phase services for the Phase I Development of Tyrone S. Woods Memorial Park.
BACKGROUND:
The City of Oregon City Community Services Department has received budgetary approval from the Oregon City Commission to move forward with design and construction of the Tyrone S. Woods Memorial Park. The new 9 acre park is located at 14511 Glen Oak Road in the Caufield Neighborhood of Oregon City. Ground breaking is anticipated for spring of 2020 with completion in fall of 2020.
A Request for Proposals (RFP) was issued for qualified architectural and engineering design firms and the submitted proposals were received on June 4, 2019. Community Services Department selected Lango Hansen Landscape Architects to provide the design, bidding, and construction services required for the project.
