Review plan and provide feedback
BACKGROUND:
In its 11 year existence, LINCC has never had a strategic plan. However, we are headed into serious discussions with parties from all over the Library District soon. The conversations will be about operations, funding, and administration throughout the LINCC libraries. The Directors Group and the Network felt that it would be good to head into those meetings with a strategic plan, mapping out the services that all of the libraries would like to provide, whether through staff at the library or centrally at Network. We are looking for feedback on this document prior to its approval.
