BACKGROUND:
We just received the first distribution for 2018-2019 in the amount of $2,192,706 which is about $10,000 more than the estimate for the entire year. We will receive another distribution
in June; it typically is about $150,000, so it appears that we are ahead for this year.
We have not yet received an estimate of funds for next fiscal year. We have started that budgeting process with the City, however. At this point, it is all about estimating our costs for
next year based on this last year's activity. I do not think that we can expect an increase from the City, but hopefully the District funding will come through as property valuations continue to
rise.
