Resolution No. 19-01, Adoption of the 2019-2024 Oregon City Public Library Strategic Plan

RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):
Staff recommends the Commission adopt Resolution No. 19-01.
BACKGROUND:
After working on a strategic plan for over a year, the Library Director presented the draft strategic plan at the City Commission Work Session on Tuesday, January 8, 2019. After receiving mostly positive feedback from the City Commission, the Library Director revised one section from "Fortify Infrastructure" to "Fortify administrative infrastructure" to be more understandable. The Library Director also corrected a few grammatical errors. Otherwise no changes were made to the draft presented on January 8, 2019.
A resolution adopting the final plan is attached along with the final strategic plan.
BUDGET IMPACT:
Over time this plan will help direct the use of resources. It has no cost implications in and of itself.
