RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):
Review, modify, and adopt plan for coming meetings.
BACKGROUND:
There are many topics that should be reviewed on an annual basis. Some of these are annual reports and some of these are items the Library Board should be well-informed about. There are also a number of topics that would broaden the Library Board's understanding of library operations, such as hearing from the Youth Services Librarian about library services to youth in our area. The library director is providing an outline of many topics and ideas to cover over the coming months according at the regularly scheduled meetings. This is a new and more organized approach and the library director would like some feedback from the Library Board.
