RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):
Discuss current fence policy and advise staff on potential updates and improvements to the policy. No changes will be adopted at this work session.
BACKGROUND:
In October, the Board discussed fence policy and directed staff to draft up a policy based on architectural styles, and to inlcude defintions and photo examples of various fence types.
Staff has provided a discussion draft for the Board and would like input on the content from the Board.
The draft will be circulated for community input as well, and will come back before the Board in 2019.
