RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):
Discuss 2018 activities and accomplishments.
BACKGROUND:
Please see attached list of agenda items for 2018 to date for review. The NRC had a productive 2018. Major contributions of the committee included:
• Providing feedback on the McLoughlin / Canemah Trail and Filbert Run Park projects
• Providing feedback on amendments to the NROD, Tree Protection, Heritage Tree, and Public Street Tree codes
• Participating in Tree Planting, Arbor Day, Oregon City Enhancement Day, and Habitat Improvement work at Waterboard Park.
• Providing oversight and feedback on the use of Tree Growth Regulation hormone by PGE.
• Commenting of NROD land use applications for Meyers Road Extension and Canemah Docks (pending).
• Provide input and guidance on the Greater Oregon City Watershed Council stream crossing signage project.
