BACKGROUND:
The library presents a new format of the strategic plan, which reduces text and conveys meaning through images. It's more dynamic without losing detail. It is still a work in progress. The attached does not reflect as much staff reedback as I hope to present to the Library Board at the Board meeting on 10/10/18, whcih hopefully will include additional staff feedback from Staff Training Day.
