BACKGROUND:
Library Director’s Report September 2018
Building:
-in September, we continued to work towards the improvements planned to take place in October
-we are also looking at adding another outdoor lamp to make sure there are no blind spots at night. It would be in between the Jefferson/7th Street corner and the library.

Staff:
-we recently hired about 8 new on-calls, who have been getting trained on a rotation basis

-a new Dungeons and Dragons Club has started every Sunday afternoon for ages 12+, 2-5 p.m.
-we soft launched our new laptop cart with laptops for check out in house. Adult Reference is working on programming which will start after Christmas

-First Friday Film Series started up for the 2018-19 season. We are tryi...
