RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):
Review, discussion.
BACKGROUND:
As part of the development code amendment process that is currently underway, minor changes to OCMC Chapters 12.08 - Public and Street Trees, 17.41 - Tree Protection, and 17.49 - Natural Resources Overlay District (NROD) are proposed. Staff wishes to discuss these proposed code amendments with the Natural Resources Committee prior to the Planning Commission's final recommendation.
