RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):
Staff recommends the City Commission approve OLCC Application for Yvonne's LLC, 818 Main Street, Oregon City, OR 97045.
BACKGROUND:
The Oregon City Police Department ran a background checks on Yvonne Haney, Raymond Haney, and Christopher Larsen and they are eligible to hold a liquor license. They currently have a "Limited On-Premises" license and are now applying for the "Full On-Premises, Commercial" license.
