RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):
Staff recommends approval of the grant.
BACKGROUND:
The applicant is seeking a grant of $1000 to replace materials on the deck and build front steps on the Edward Nutall Residence. The owner is currently rehabilitating the house and this is one of many projects. The applicant previously requested the grant to include railings on the porch. No photographic evidence can be found for original railings. The grant request has been revised to exclude the cost of the railing.
