Personal Services Agreement Amendment No. 3 with DECA Architecture, Inc. for the 2016 Public Works Operations Master Plan Update (CI 16-015)

RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):
Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 3 to the Personal Services Agreement (PSA) in the amount of $13,688.00 with DECA Architecture, Inc. for professional services necessary for the 2016 Public Works Operations Master Plan Update.
BACKGROUND:
In 2016, the Public Works Department entered into a contract with DECA Architecture, Inc. to develop the Public Works Operations Center Master Plan Update. The original contact amount was for $76,992.00. Since then, the City has issued two other amendments to the contract with a third requiring City Commission Approval. City policy requires that when any one contract amendment or cumulative subsequent amendments total over $50,000.00 City Commission must provide approval for the increase in contract amount. The three amendments to date were for $36,190.00, $5,720.00 and $13,688.00, respectively. To date, the total contract value is $132,590.00. The funds are already allocated within the departmental budget and approved for this use.
