RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):
Staff recommends the City Commission consider approval of Resolution No. 17-31.
BACKGROUND:
The Oregon City Homeless Solutions Coalition is seeking official formal recongition and support from the City Commission for their efforts towards addressing homelessness needs in Oregon City. As you know the homeless population has grown in Oregon City over the last several year and there are a lack of resources. The Oregon City Homeless Solutions Coalition, newly formed, presented to the City Commission at the November 7, 2017 meeting.
A draft resolution of support is attached for consideration by the City Commission.
