The Cove Project - Phase II Proposal

RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):
Staff requests that the Urban Renewal Commission consider the presentation given by the Cove Project developers on Phase II of the Cove Project and provide direction.
BACKGROUND:
A new proposal for Phase II of the Cove Project was submitted by the Project developers to the Urban Renewal Commission (URC) in August of 2017 for review. Upon the URC's review of the proposal, the URC had additional questions and directed staff to invite the Project developers to present the proposal at a regular Urban Renewal Commission meeting.
As per the direction of the URC, the Project developers will be giving a detailed presentation on the Cove Project - Phase II proposal and will be available to answer any questions from the URC.
