Request for Continuance: Planning Files CP 17-0003: General Development (Concept Master) Plan Amendment, and DP 17-0001: Detailed Development Plan for A Safe Place modular building

RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion): Staff recommends that the Planning Commission open the public hearing, take testimony from any member of the public present who wishes to testify, then continue the Public Hearing for Planning Files CP 17-0003 and DP 17-0001 to the date certain of November 13, 2017, with the record open.
BACKGROUND: The applicant requests approval of a Master Plan Amendment and Detailed Development Plan to allow temporary structures at the Clackamas County Red Soils Campus, and to obtain adjustments from the Oregon City Municipal Code to allow for the proposed development. The proposed development is located at 256 Warner Milne Road, Oregon City.
The applicant has requested a continuance to November 13, 2017, and has extended the 120-day period by 35 days.
Staff will provide a Staff Report with recommended findings for Planning Files CP 17-0003 and DP 17-0001 one week prior to the November 13, 2017 Public Hearing.
