BACKGROUND
1. Attached are the presentations from January’s agenda a) 99E/tunnel improvements and b). Beavercreek Road Concept Plan- Zoning and Map Amendments.
2. The updated postcard budget is also attached for your review. Some neighborhood associations are planning on going over their allocation before the end of the fiscal year on June 30th. However, the overage can be paid for by the carryover ($5,000) from 2017-2018.
3.Reminder: Please send 2019 neighborhood meeting dates any updated contact information to Kelsi McNall kmcnall@orcity.org for the city website and agenda roundtable info.
