RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):Approve with conditions
BACKGROUND:The applicant submitted this request to add a garage to a historic landmark at 16430 Hiram Ave. in Oregon City. The proposed 247 square foot garage has been designed to be located to the side of the home. Currently there is no structure located in this area of the property. After the proposed garage is constructed, the applicant would like to remove the existing garage on the property.
The public comment period is open until closed by the Historic Review Board.
