RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):
The Library Board should determine it's role and involvement after dicussion of the wishes of McLoughlin Neighborhood Association.
BACKGROUND:
Denyse McGriff and Bill Daniels, representing McLoughlin Neighborhood Association, will attend the meeting and explain to the Library Board why they beleive the new sign should be replaced.
