RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):
Approval of the Second Reading of Ordinance No. 17-1006.
BACKGROUND:
If the City Commission approves the second reading of Ordinance No. 17-1005 for Planning files AN-16-0004 and ZC-16-0001, the City Commission may also consider approval of this Ordinance No.17-1006 to change the City boundary and annex the associated property. The City Commission approved the First Reading of Ordinance No. 17-1005 and Ordinance No. 17-1006 on April 19, 2017. Attached to the Ordinance are Exhibit A, a legal description and map, and Exhibit B, proposed findings for consideration by the City Commission.
