First Reading of Ordinance No. 17-1006, Annexing 35.65 Acres of Property Located North of Holcomb Boulevard to the City of Oregon City

RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):
Approval of the first reading of Ordinance 17-1006.
BACKGROUND:
On April 5th, 2017 the City Commission tentatively approved Planning files AN-16-0004 and ZC-16-0001. If the City Commission approves Ordinance 17-1005 for Planning files AN-16-0004 and ZC-16-0001, the City Commission may consider approval of this Ordinance No.17-1006 to change the City boundary and annex the associated property. Attached to the Ordinance are Exhibit A, a legal description and map, and Exhibit B, proposed findings for consideration by the City Commission.
