RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):
Approval of the first reading of Ordinance No. 17-1005.
BACKGROUND:
On April 5th, 2017, the City Commission provided direction to tentatively approve Planning files AN-16-0004 and ZC-16-0001. In response to the direction provided by the Commission, staff has provided tentative findings and Ordinance 17-1005 for consideration by the City Commission. Attached to the Ordinance are Exhibit A, a legal description and map, and Exhibit B, final findings for adoption by the City Commission.
