RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):
Mayor Holladay should read the Arbor Day proclamation and also provide the following background details for the audience.
BACKGROUND:
Oregon City is proud to observe Arbor Day and celebrate it's fifth year as an official Tree City USA with a combined Earth Day / Arbor Day event during Oregon City Enhancement Day at Wesley Lynn Park. We will be beautifying the community by planting trees, shrubs and flowers and spreading bark.
