BACKGROUND:

An application was submitted to the Planning Division for Historic Review Board review of seven cottage homes located near 4th Avenue and Miller Street in the Canemah National Register District. This application was previously heard by the Historic Review Board at the January 24, 2017, February 28, 2017, and March 28, 2017. The public comment period remains open until closed by the Historic Review Board. Since the meeting in March, the applicant has submitted a revised design and the staff report has been amended accordingly.
