2017-2019 City Commission Biennium Goals and Priorities

No action is needed from the CIC.
BACKGROUND:
The City Commission met on January 20-21, 2017 to discuss the goals and priorities for the next two years, which is the beginning of a new biennial budget season. The discussion resulted in five goals and various priorities that focus on specific milestones to be reached by the end of the biennium. The City Commission will consider the goals at the March 1, 2017 City Commission hearing and review the progress in January 2018.
