TAC Vacancies and Chair and Vice-Chair Nominations

BACKGROUND:
As of January 1, 2017, the TAC will have three vacancies. Bob La Salle's, Cedomir Jesic's, and Steve Johnson's terms expire December 31, 2016. Steve Johnson resigned in June, and Bob La Salle has re-applied for an additional term. The City has advertised for volunteers to fill these three vacancies; the deadline is October 25, 2016.
Both Bob La Salle's and Henry Mackenroth's two-year terms as Chair and Vice-Chair, respectively, will end December 31, 2016, as well. Per bylaw Article IV(A), nominations for new officers shall be taken at the October meeting.
