RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):
Staff recommends City Commission approve the Oregon State Marine Board (OSMB) Facility Grant Agreement No. 1563.
BACKGROUND:
The purpose of this OSMB grant is to repair the existing Clackamette Park Boat Ramp that has been closed since December 2013 due to damage from high winter water currents. OSMB shall provide grant funds in the amount of $135,453.80.
This City is responsible for managing the project with support from OSMB and technical consultant, KPFF-Engineer of Record.
