Intergovernmental Agreement Between the City of Gladstone and Oregon City for Rights-of-Way (ROW) and Geographical Information Systems (GIS) Management

RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):
Authorize City Manager to execute an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with the City of Gladstone for Oregon City to provide ROW and GIS Management.
BACKGROUND:
Oregon City and Gladstone desire to enter into an IGA to use Oregon City staff and expertise for Gladstone's ROW Management and GIS implementation. The IGA would establish hourly rates and expense reimbursement terms for the City of Gladstone to utilize Oregon City staff to accomplish its ROW Management and GIS Implementation goals over the next 1-5 years. Either party will have the ability to terminate the agreement at any time. The attached draft agreement is considered draft and a starting point for further negotiation.
BUDGET IMPACT:
Amount: $20,000 to $30,000 revenue per year depending on Staff availability and need.
