BACKGROUND:
The expansion project of the Oregon City Library continues to move along well. The project is still on time and on budget. The project manager will be asking for additional funds and an expansion of his contract because of the length of the project, mostly in the public process portion of the project. The library expects to move into the addition one week later than previously stated, after July 4, but the project itself has not been lengthened and the target end date remains the same.
The latest powerpoint presentation provided to update the City Commission is attached.
