BACKGROUND:
In October, 2015, a lot of concrete was poured, including the slab. Two of the brief presentations given to the City Commissioners are attached to give an idea of progress. The project is on time. We are spending a lot of time on the interior by reviewing signage, furniture and fixtures, and audiovisual.
