RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):

Staff requests the City Commission review the staff report and all associated materials and approve Planning files ZC 15-02 and TP 15-03 and approve with conditions the first reading of Ordinance 15-1012.

 

BACKGROUND:

The applicant is seeking approval for a Zone Change from “R-10” Single-Family Dwelling District to “R-6” Single-Family Dwelling District and a 25-Lot subdivision at 19588 McCord Road in Oregon City.  The Planning Commission reviewed the request on August 24, 2015, September 14, 2015 and September 28, 2015 before recommending approval to the City Commission.  This matter was continued before the City Commission on October 7, 2015 and the first hearing was held on October 21, 2015.  Staff has prepared a revised condition of approval to address the McCord Street waterline as discussed at the October 21, 2015 City Commission meeting.
