RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):
Adopt the Oregon City Deed of Dedication (from Tax Lot 1401 and 1500 of Tax Map 32E09D) for the Meyers Road located adjacent to the Glen Oak Park Property (14551 Meyers Road - City File No. CP14-03 / CN14-13) and authorize the Mayor and City Recorder to execute this document.
BACKGROUND:
This proposed Deed of Dedication provides a needed section of Meyers Road extension Right-of-Way for this project per the executed agreement (dated September 22, 2015) between the city and OCSD #62 (AGREEMENT) - see Attachments.
