RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):
Adopt the Public Utility Easement for stormwater management facilities (from Tax Lot 1500 of Tax Map 32E09D) serving the surface water drainage needs of the new segment of Meyers Road and authorize the Mayor and City Recorder to execute this document.
BACKGROUND:
This proposed Public Utility Easement for stormwater management facilities (Storm PUE) provides the needed stormwater management facilities including the stormwater conveyance system and outfall for this project as directed per the executed agreement (dated September 22, 2-015) between the city and OCSD #62 (AGREEMENT) - see Attachments.
