Public Utility Easement for the Development of a new Segment of Meyers Road Located Adjacent to the Glen Oak Park Properties

RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):
Adopt the Public Utility Easement (from Tax Lot 1401 and 1500 of Tax Map 32E09D) for the development of a new segment of Meyers Road (14551 Meyers Road - City File No. CP14-03 / CN14-13) and authorize the Mayor and City Recorder to execute this document.
BACKGROUND:
This proposed public utility easement is a companion document to the "Meyers Road Deed of Dedication" (also to be provided from the city) and provides the standard PUE that is needed along the south side of the pending Meyers Road extension per the executed agreement (dated September 22, 2015) between the city and OCSD #62 (AGREEMENT) - see Attachments.
