RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):

Staff requests the City Commission review the staff report and all associated materials and approve Planning files ZC 15-01, TP 15-02 and NR 15-04 and approve the first reading of Ordinance 15-1011.

 

 

BACKGROUND:

The applicant is seeking approval for a Zone Change from “R-10” Single-Family Dwelling District to “R-8” Single-Family Dwelling District, a 19-Lot subdivision, and Natural Resource Overlay District Verification on three tax lots including the properties at 19371 Pease Road and 12356 Hampton Drive in Oregon City.

 

On August 24, 2015 the Planning Commission reviewed the development proposal and voted 5-1 to recommend approval to the City Commission.
