RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):
Staff recommends the City Commission approve the Judge's two-year Employment Agreement.
BACKGROUND:
The City Commission conducted the Municipal Court Judge Laraine McNiece's performance evaluation in Executive Session on July 1, 2015. At the conclusion of the evaluation, the Commission reached consensus that Ms. McNiece's employment agreement should be renewed for two years and, that the terms and conditions of the agreement should include a $1,200/month ($14,400/year) salary increase to be effective July 1, 2015.
