BACKGROUND:

In accordance with City and State contracting procedures, ORS 279A.210, an invitation to bid was solicited from qualified contractors for the 2015 Oregon City Roadway Reconstruction Projects and published in the Portland Daily Journal of Commerce on June 3 and June 10, 2015.

The work authorized by this contract is a component of the City’s annual roadway maintenance program funded through the City’s Pavement Maintenance Utility Fee (PMUF).  This year’s project includes five roadway segments with work ranging from a thin overlay to total roadway reconstruction, and includes the addition of ADA ramps, as needed, to meet ADA compliance (see attached project map).
