RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):
Review plaque designs and motion to approve a design.
BACKGROUND:
At last years meeting the Committee expressed interest in having a plaque designed that would be available to place on projects funded by grant dollars. Rocky Smith came up with two concepts to bring to the group for review and concensus. Once a design is approved staff will take design and have manufactured and installed.
Also last year it was reported that Metro was taking a comprehensive look at the Community Enhancement Program and it's funding. Metro has completed the review and revisions were approved by the Metro Council. Oregon City is in the process of finalizing the Intergovernmental Agreement that will take affect July 1, 2015.
