RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):
Staff recommends the City Commission approve Resolution No. 15-13.
BACKGROUND:
In the past, Oregon City has received complaints regarding the Sea Lions at Willamette Falls and how it effects the fishing industry in our area. The City was contacted by the Government Relations Committee for the Coastal Conservation Association of Oregon to approve a resolution similar to what the Clackamas County Board of Commissions has adopted in the past supporting the active management of the problem sea lions near Willamette Falls.
