RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):
Adopt the Public Utility Easement (PUE) for the new singly family residence (NSFR) in-fill lot project located at 16312 Apperson Boulevard and authorize the Mayor and City Recorder to execute this document.
BACKGROUND:
Vladimir and Lyudmila Vygovskiy (the developer) proposed a new single family residence (NSFR) for the in-fill lot located at 16312 Apperson Boulevard.
The property was subject to a steep slope analysis review. During the review process, Public Works staff determined that a public utility easement was needed. The developer has provided this PUE (see Attachment 1).
