RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):
Adopt the Public Utility Easement for the Adeline Acres subdivision project and authorize the Mayor and City Recorder to execute this document.
BACKGROUND:
The United Methodist Church (GRANTOR), located at 18955 South End, is providing this two part (A and B) easement in cooperation with the development of the Adeline Acres subdivision.
